How I got Started as a broke Realtor iin 2008

Recently I was asked to speak in front of a college class and the professor told me to send over an audio recording of my past talks.  I thought it would be helpful to create that and also share it with anyone wondering about my start.  Over my 15+ year career in Real Estate I have learned alot about myself and business and hopefully continue to enjoy what I do and where I came from. 

My story about listing Grand Park Village and turning it into Monon Marketplace

As the city of westfield moves forward with redesigning the Grand Park Village in Grand Park to draw new commercial development and create a full visitor experience, I was reminded of how that area initially was received. I was the first broker to market the site and to this day nothing has happened but thankfully Westfield and Mayor Scott Willis have a bigger vision for Westfield and Grand park

Whatsupwestfield with Dave Hyatt the CEO of Riverview Hospital

Riverview Hospital was an early big investor in Westfields downtown redevelopment and made a big splash with their hospital at our main intersection. Because of that build the Westfield High School stadium was funded and they played a big role in local charities beyond their typical services. Dave Hyatt took over a short time ago and has big plans for growth as they plant permanently in Westfield. As hospitals compete for customers its ones like Riverview that stand out as they truly serve the community. Enjoy and feel free to comment below.

Mayor Elect Scott Willis has so much going on already and he is not even in office yet. It is refreshing for someone like myself that has watched so much stagnation in our City to have a leader ready to go and a council that is tee'd up.
